1. The links do not work. What is going on?
We link to the popular video streaming website (such as Veoh, Megavideo, Youtube, etc), so we have no control of whether the video remains available. However, we will consistently update our database to help minimize dead links. You can also help by reporting a broken link by emailing this address: xtreamvidz@gmail.com

2.Anime Series Request?
If you don’t see a certain anime series that you would love to watch, contact us at this email address: xtreamvidz@gmail.com with your request and we wouldn’t be anymore happier to help.

3.The streaming videos are very slow? How can I make it faster?
As stated previously, we only link to the video sharing website and do not host the videos ourselves. However, the internet browser Mozilla Firefox allows streaming videos to run more smoothly.

4.What is Zango?
Zango is required to view the content. The program allows us to stay active.
